The Start of a Journey.

Salutations! ¡Bienvenidos! こんにちは. I think I've made my point across. Anyway, I had an epiphany just today after I took my daily nap. What if I were to give unto others some of the tips and tricks I followed during my journey of becoming more fit and losing weight? I must admit, it was much easier to come up with a way to portray my thoughts than I first assumed it would be (thank you technology and, more specifically, blogging, albeit the title of the blog took a while to think of with all the other names I had in mind being taken).
Right now, you're probably thinking, "Oh great, another health blog which I don't need because I already have a specialized one for me...next." Just one second there. Instead of just going with the typical "Follow these steps rigorously and you'll see results" and the ever so repeated habits of other health blogs and websites, I will strive to be different. This will be something more of a modern day blog, continually being updated with more than exercise and eating techniques; this will be a source of the latest health news, discoveries, and studies. I think it'll make things more interesting for both my readers and me, the writer. I'll try to implement daily news, though that may become hard as I'm beginning this thing deemed as the "COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCESS." Fear not, though; whenever I do get a chance to write a new post, I'll make it a habit to include a daily health quote or saying, a picture, or just anything that is pertinent to the information for that day. Of course, reader feedback is essential. Any ideas, criticism, disagreements, or just flat out comments you have, feel free to contact me at mindwavesdejavu@gmail.com (can you tell I love lucid dreaming and the such?) or just leave a comment here (I go on my blog almost everyday). I know I don't know everything (I don't really know much...), but what I do know, I will be sure to share. And I know that along the way, I'll learn things I never knew before. Well, enough writing of the introduction. Let's get started, shall we? Everyone's invited. Join me along for the ride; you won't regret it. I guarantee it.
